Service Description
Coming soon! Power Yoga class. A fast-paced 60-minute class, combining power yoga flow with high-intensity movement and music. Perfect for all seeking a challenging and invigorating workout, excellent cross-training for strength, endurance, and flexibility. All levels are welcome. *FREE samples of different products that he uses will be given out after classes! Please bring your mat, hand towel, and water to drink to class. Dress in comfortable, flexible clothing, but not loose-fitting or long. Shorts are ideal. About the instructor: Derrick Alan Higgins Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT® 200) with Yoga Alliance Power, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Certified, Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork, Aromatherapy, Chromatherapy & Music Healing Practitioner Appalachian State University Alumnus Derrick decided to have a life change shift after he realized how important holistic preventative healthcare is. He started practicing yoga full-time and became fully Vegan and a certified Yoga Instructor RYT®200 with Yoga Alliance. He is passionate about sharing this transformation with other people within his community. He is Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors based. His classes are very energizing always ending with sweet meditation to tone your day.

Payment Process & Cancellation Policy
• Family Discount: This offer is valid exclusively for pets belonging to the same household. Each additional pet will receive a 50% discount on the service fee, while the first pet will be billed at the full service price. • Sniffing out savings? Book three or more consecutive Almost Overnight Dog Sittings and fetch yourself some fun discounts! Just wag your tail and contact Derrick for the scoop! • Payment is expected at the time of booking or on the day of service, before the start of the pet care. • PayPal, Credit Cards, and Venmo with a 2.9% processing fee accepted, also Cash and Zelle. • Please provide a minimum of 24-hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. • No cancellation fee for cancellations made within this time frame. • Beach Dawg Care® operates from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. • Advance booking is required for Saturday and Sunday. Please reach out for information. • Gratuity is graciously accepted and appreciated.
