Hotel Pet Sitting Service

In-Room Hotel Pet Sitting Services

Vacationing with your furry family member is all fun and games until you realize they can't join you in all your adventures. That's where Beach Dawg Care® comes in. Beach Dawg Care® provides the highest quality in-room hotel pet sitting services, with Derrick the experienced pet sitter. He'll make sure your pet is well-fed, has necessary medications administered on time, and enjoys plenty of playtime and walks. You can rest easy knowing that your pet is in good hands while you're out exploring the beautiful area.

A meet and greet is still required before Derrick can provide hotel pet sitting services, and the Client Information Form and Pet Profile Form must be completed electronically and emailed back to Derrick as soon as possible.

Here’s a summary of the key arrangements Derrick requests from the client:

  • Confirm "No Housekeeping" Request: Derrick asks the client to request a "do not disturb" policy with hotel staff to maintain the dog's space undisturbed during their stay.

  • Review Hotel Policies: Discuss any specific hotel policies regarding dogs, such as designated walking areas, permitted bedding, and any necessary paperwork or fees.

  • Leash and Collar: Ensure the dog has a comfortable, fitted leash and collar, along with any necessary ID tags.

  • Emergency Contacts: Derrick needs the client's contact information, including personal and veterinarian emergency contacts.

  • Emergency Plan: The client should review with Derrick the steps to take if the dog becomes ill or injured.

  • Medication: The client must provide necessary medications along with dosage and administration instructions.

  • Food and Supplies: The client should ensure food is packed for the dog's stay, along with bowls, water bottles, and treats.

  • Dog’s Space: The client should prepare the dog's space with toys or a bed.

  • Exercise: The client should confirm that the dog has been exercised before Derrick arrives.

  • Special Needs: Confirm any special needs or routines to the dog.
